Description ​

Numbered rows with one labeled value on each line. This is output-only.

Output only. Select it with FORMAT vertical. Names ignore ASCII case; use the snake_case name shown here.

Each result row is numbered and displayed as a sequence of labelled values. This can make a wide result easier to inspect because every column has its own line.

It is a display format without an input decoder. Use a row or binary interchange format for round-trip storage.

Format settings ​

Use a statement SETTINGS clause; these options are not persisted by SET.
