Description ​

One XML document containing runtime column metadata, nested values and a row count. This is output-only.

Output only. Select it with FORMAT xml. Names ignore ASCII case; use the snake_case name shown here.

One document contains runtime column metadata, nested value representations and the result row count. Names and text are escaped according to the XML output rules.

The format is output-only. It is a result envelope rather than an XML import parser; use another supported input format to load rows.

Format settings ​

Use a statement SETTINGS clause; these options are not persisted by SET.
