# Browser SQL workspace

The Playground is available at `/playground` on an enabled HTTP listener. Its home page links to the Query Console, notebooks and dashboards.

## Connections

A fresh workspace tries the explicitly configured default user with an empty password. Add a Basic or Bearer profile through Connections when other credentials are required.

Connection profiles, including credentials, persist in this browser's localStorage. Open another server's own Playground to connect there; remote cross-origin connections are unsupported.

## Query and table pages

The explorer lists databases, tables and columns. Double-click a table to open its page. Table actions include querying and deletion; deletion asks for the qualified table name.

SQL tabs provide Run, Format and Explain. Results can be viewed, copied, exported or charted. Browser-side filtering operates on loaded rows and does not change the SQL request.

## Notebooks and saved state

Notebooks combine SQL and Markdown cells. Dashboards present queries and charts. Profiles, tabs, history, notebooks and dashboards persist locally in this browser.

Saved-query navigation and saving are temporarily disabled. Stopping browser waiting does not cancel execution on the server.
